At Jo Hearts Hair Extensions, we offer a full range of extension methods to cater to your unique hair needs. Our specialized services include k-tip, tape-in, sew-in, and clip-in extensions, as well as haircuts, vivid color services, smoothing treatments, and wedding hair styling.

Selecting the right extension method is an important decision. During your complimentary consultation, we'll assess your hair type, lifestyle, and desired look to recommend the best option. Jo will guide you through the differences between each method to ensure you make an informed choice.

Absolutely! Our premium human hair extensions can be color-matched to your natural shade and styled just like your own hair. We recommend using heat protectants and following our expert care guides to maintain the health and vibrancy of your extensions.

We take a thoughtful, personalized approach to every extension application. First, we'll thoroughly examine your hair and scalp to ensure the integrity and health of your strands. Then, Jo will meticulously apply your extensions using the technique that works best for your unique needs. The entire process is tailored to you for stunning, long-lasting results.

Once you're all set with your consultation and deposit, I'll get your custom extensions ordered (these typically take 2-4 weeks to arrive). The actual appointment time for your installation will depend on your chosen method and amount of hair - but don't worry, we'll map out the perfect timeline during your consultation so you can plan ahead! If your hair happens to arrive early and I have an opening, I'll definitely reach out to get you in sooner! ✨

Absolutely! Our premium extensions are designed to withstand daily activities. However, we recommend using extra care when swimming and exercising to maintain the longevity of your look. Our expert stylists can provide guidance on the best techniques to protect your extensions.

The maintenance schedule for your extensions will vary based on the method used. Tape-in and sew-in extensions typically require touch-ups every 4-8 weeks, while clip-ins and fusions don't require in salon maintenance . We'll work with you to determine the optimal maintenance plan for your lifestyle and hair goals.

Beyond extensions, I love creating all kinds fun and unique looks! From wig and hairpiece fittings to custom coloring (including vivids!), magical hair tinsel, and stunning wedding styles - I've got you covered! Whatever vision you have for your perfect hair transformation, let's make it happen!

During your complimentary consultation, the extension specialists will thoroughly assess your hair type, texture, and goals. We'll discuss the various extension methods, make personalized recommendations, and provide you with a detailed quote. This is also the perfect time to ask any questions you may have.

Since I customize every service, I'll personally reach out to confirm your perfect appointment time. While specific dates aren't guaranteed, I'll do my absolute best to work with your schedule!  Need to chat about something specific? Feel free to send me a message!

For regular appointments, I'll just need a card on file to secure your spot. For extension applications, it's a bit different - after your consultation, I'll need the hair deposit paid in full to get your custom extensions ordered and your appointment locked in! The deposit amount will be determined during our consultation since every extension journey is unique!

Let me tell you about our amazing referral program! When you refer a new extension client my way, you'll receive a $100 credit towards your next service! It's my way of saying thank you for spreading the extension love!  Know someone who would love having their dream hair? Send them my way!

Let's talk scheduling! For most appointments, I ask for 24 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations. However, for fusion extension appointments, I need 48 hours' notice due to the extensive time blocked out for these services. Changes or cancellations for fusion appointments with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a $250 fee, while other services changed or cancelled within 24 hours may be charged in full. I totally understand life happens, but these policies help me serve all my amazing clients better!

For quick appointments under 3 hours, your kiddos are totally welcome to join us! However, for our longer appointments (3+ hours), I recommend making arrangements for them since these sessions need a bit more focus to create your perfect look!  I want to make sure you get the most out of your time in my chair!

Your happiness is our top priority. In the rare event that you're unsatisfied with your service, please let us know within 14 days by contacting the front desk. We'll work quickly to address any concerns and make it right. Our goal is to exceed your expectations with every visit.

We understand that life can be unpredictable. To best accommodate our clients, we kindly request 48 hours' notice for any appointment changes. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours may be subject to a 50% service fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full service amount.
